Booking and payments:

Acceptance
When we receive a completed reservation from you we will confirm your reservation request by return email with a detailed cost quote. It is the athlete responsibility to inform us of any errors or omissions on the confirmation form upon receipt. By submitting a reservation form, you agree that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Booking conditions
Our booking system is based on calendar days. For example, if you booked your appointment on Friday at 9 am the treatment will be done during de next 30 minuts. In case of delay, you can receive the service until 9:30. If you arrive after 9:30h the appointment is cancelled, and the money isn’t refunded.
We can’t save the money for the next events.

Cancellations/Refunds
Deposits are refundable provided that notice of cancellation is received 10 days prior to the start of the booking period. There is no refund of deposits for appointment  made less than 10 days prior to the start of the booking period

General
It is the decision and responsibility of the patient/athlete to be treated by a therapist without prior medical diagnosis and the possible health consequences that may arise from treatment before a sports career, as well as the drop in performance during the sporting event.
